Hi, I’m Karen Moore, your potential new Fractional COO!

As a Fractional COO, I help busy entrepreneurs take control of their business operations, so they can focus on what they do best. As organizations develop and grow, they reach a stage where they can benefit from the expertise of an experienced operations executive, but they are not yet at the point where their business can support a full time hire. This is where I come in.

With over 15 years of business experience, I have observed remarkable patterns in the way successful businesses think, act, and communicate. In my role as Fractional COO, I have had the opportunity to work closely with business owners to implement approaches and strategies that have accelerated the success of their businesses.

The most satisfying aspect of my role has been observing what business leaders are able to accomplish once they have the extra time and energy needed to break through barriers and reach their true potential. I’m here to support you and make sure your business operations, processes, and necessary tactical steps are mapped out and implemented to drive future growth.

There are so many moving parts to simultaneously running and growing a business. Before Karen, I was drowning in the day-to-day.
